Refund Policy for Next Level Web Solutions

Effective: June 19, 2026

At Next Level Web Solutions, we are committed to providing professional website design, development, and digital services tailored to each client's specific needs. Because our services involve custom work, time, planning, design, and development, refunds are handled according to the following policy.

Deposits and Initial Payments

All deposits and initial payments made to begin a website project are non-refundable. These payments reserve project time, cover consultation, planning, research, and design work, and compensate for services rendered prior to project completion.

Website Design and Development Services

Due to the custom nature of website design and development services:

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed work, approved designs, or completed project phases.

  • Once design, development, content creation, or setup work has begun, payments made for those services are non-refundable.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving project materials during the design process.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • Any payments made for completed work and time invested are non-refundable.

  • Any remaining balance for work already completed may still be due.

  • Access to unfinished project files, designs, or website assets may not be transferred until all outstanding balances are paid.

 

Monthly Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans may be canceled at any time with written notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for maintenance services already performed.

  • Partial-month refunds are not available.

  • Service will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Domain Names, Hosting, and Third-Party Services

Fees paid to third-party providers, including but not limited to domain registrations, hosting plans, Wix subscriptions, software licenses, plugins, or other external services, are subject to the refund policies of those providers and are generally non-refundable through Next Level Web Solutions.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests made due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of Next Level Web Solutions.
